Just starting this myself so too soon to comment, but I’d figured some people here might enjoy this

Got about 2/3rds through before I had to do other things. Will continue tomorrow.

Really good chat. Just letting Milos talk is a good strategy 😂

It's nice to see he's the same in every podcast and real life. None of us will agree with him on everything, but at least he's authentic.

I like the analogy he has on training - HD, high volume, pumps, drop sets, minor changes in stance grip angles etc. He says just doing the basics the fundamentals is all you need, is like telling someone to have sex in the same position for the rest of your life.

Started it today, looking forward to finishing it this afternoon maybe

Milos keeps it real, a real passionate guy, somewhat of a gem!

I just started it. I'm hopeful the episode improves. Milos has previously described the training of his youth countless times already.

Yeah, Milos repeats a lot of information from one interview to the next.

I wish he'd go in more detail about his insulin protocols though
Yes, same here, he always seems to leave that information out as a teaser. He may touch on it, but that's about as best as you get.

Regardless, I always enjoy his interviews, he always seems to enjoy being interviewed and talking BB. He lives and breathes BB.

I said this before here after watching everything Justin Harris related, if you listened to one interview you've heard them all. Never fails to motivate me and I still listen to every single one

Listened to this on my drive to work and I think Milos brought up a great point of mindset and placebo, personally. Normally guys freak the fuck out over the smallest little things doing xyz but his perspective was just being positive in what he was doing and believing in the program full circle.

Haven't he gone pretty indepth explaining his periworkout insulin usage on multiple podcasts? he's also gone pretty indepth with his AAS usage and GH usages as well and what he used himself and might recommend to someone wanting to gain more size.

I've not seen it myself. I'll have a look about but if there are any you can recommend?

He has laid it all out in detail several times.

This is for growth periods. Anabolics he's said test around 750-1000, then a second anabolic (nandrolone, or boldenone, or primo, or masteron or tren). He has said he prefers to rotate them, like 750 test the whole time, plus 4-8 weeks of nandrolone, then switch nandrolone to 4-8 weeks of primo, then switch primo to 4-8 weeks something else, etc.

Orals he has said are fun, but the nutrition and timing is more important. But some anavar or dbol or anadrol before training can be beneficial for short periods for lagging body parts.

Gh he has said 0.25mg/kg per week is usually more than enough. So for someone 100kg (220lbs), that's 25mg/wk, or 75iu/wk, which is about 10iu/day.

Pre intra and post workout is a combination of electrolytes, essential amino acids, glutamine, citrulline, arginine, taurine, etc, carbohydrates from dextrose or vitargo or cyclic dextrin or Karbolyn.

Insulin around the workout is based on your glycemic response, the amount of nutrients coming in; not just general 10:1. He has said it can be sometimes as high as 20iu pre and 20iu post.

Nutrition he used to believe keeping protein as high as possible, something like 450g from direct sources. 2g/lb isn't unreasonable to him. Carbs and fats are as needed, depending on what phase of the day it is (fat burning phase, muscle building phase, etc.).

Training is a mix of stimulus for myofibrillar development (high intensity, low volume), and sarcoplasmic expansion (extremely high volume).

These are all general, and obviously will vary from person to person depending on their response, needs, tolerance, etc. His views from 20 years ago or even 10 years ago have changed, as we all understand that growth and progression of mind and concept is just as important as physical and short term goals.

I really appreciate this, I was up on his gear philosophy, just struggled to find what he says on insulin. I'll check the vids out, thank you.

@FrenchBench22, thanks for posting up the 3 links. I believe I may have watched one of the 3, but I'm going to watch all 3. Thanks, brother 💪🤙
