-Currently 5'8" @ 222lbs. I'd say around 12% body fat
-about 8 cycles over the past 10 years

I pulled this cycle together with some left overs from the past..

Week 1-10 TEST CYP 300mg/week (kind of prone to gyno)
Week 1-10 DECA 300mg/week
Week 1-10 EQ 600mg/week
Week 1-10 5iu HGH EOD (currently on,and will use after the 10 weeks too)
Week 1-10 T3 25mcg/day
Week 1-10 Arimidex 0.5mg EOD

Diet: ~3000 Calories...375 g protein, 200 g carbs, 60 g fat

Looking to get up to 230-235lbs, then after the new year cut back for BB show in the spring.
 
Looks solid , I swap the deca for tren though and up the test a bit to say 500mg/wk , but don't know what your tolerances are to tren or trouble with gyno

x2 on the test at around 500...
 
I've never gone over 1 gram a week of total AAS. I may try to increase TEST and see how the gyno goes...
 
I'd up the EQ as well..

And are 3000cals enough for growth? I'm now cutting at 2500cals and that is very little for me.. And you are a bigger guy than me.. I'm 1,90m 6.23feet, 106kg 233lbs about 13% I think.. Completed one week of keto and lost 4kg already.. If I'm in a clean bulk I eat up to 5000cals..

I would bump the EQ a bit higher. For me , 800/week is where I really start to see the benefits.

However, I can grow on low doses of test, so maybe that's just me :)
 
I usually eat around 2000cal daily to maintain my body weight. That extra 1000 per day I hope is enough but will bump it up if need be.

I can add more carbs but I don't want to get too pudgy bc I compete at ~195lbs

Yeah everybody around here says minimum 800mg.. 1000 is better..

I dont usually get invoved in these talks but this is what i would do drop the deca if pron to gyno and deffently dont add tren, drop the t3 if your eating wright you dont need it. Im 5,6 220 and take half what you said in that cycle its not all about the gear bro if its real you will be fine at that dosage train hard.

EQ jacks my crit off the charts at 600mg/wk , and after about 6 weeks I get nose bleeds from sneezing or blowing my nose to hard. I can't imagine what a gram would do to me

Man what I would do to be able to maintain at 2000 calories. Food bill would drop dramatically!
 
eq aromatizes also so might not want that too high if gyno is a concern. EQ also tends to dangerously jack BP and HCT.

he got to it quicker than I did! You really need to heed this advice.

IMO if I wasnt training for endurance sports I wouldnt use EQ.
 
looks good if it works for ya. Id bump tes to 5-600/week personally dont feel any less tes.
 
Yep sorry forgot to say dont take any more than 300mg of eq infact 200mg fine all i take thanks gunsmith and psyt for pointing that out, and dont up the test 300mg fine if you cant feel that at then its not real or you weigh 270lbs plus and again up the test your gyno trouble get worse.
