Niacin flush formula

I bought 500mg caps of flush niacin and decided to start with half. My god the flush was horrendous and I found it a bit scary. For those who use it does anyone else suffer? Is it safe. Thanks

ya your only suppose to be about an 8th of those around 50-60mg at a time

Currently taking 1,000mg of Niacin (nicotinic acid) 3 x daily to see if it helps with anxiety and depression as some have stated and I got the flushing sensation worse when I was only using 500mg/day, so apparently it's possible to adapt to it. It used to feel like an intense sunburn that could probably induce panic in some but now it's much less intense if I even experience the flushing sensation at all.

Take it and consume something with a lot of hot sauce a bit later. Even if I don't usually flush... I do then and it's quite the experience.
