My side delts can get that fake look when really pumped, but they both have way overdone site enhancement, like most bodybuilders. Don't fool yourself, they are all doing it, and it's been going on for a lot longer than anyone thinks. Fake muscle IMO.

The common view here is that the seo shoulders are undesirable but is it like the huge gut that comes with eating the amount of food to weight 330+ in the offseason? Just part of the game? No matter how much you suck that in your stomach lining inevitably needs to breath. If they stopped the seo, would it affect placements?

Yea, that's what I'm trying to clarify. We see these things and immediately say they abuse SEO, but is there some sort of sensitivity to the oil that would cause THIS type of inflammation? Maybe I'm giving too much credit, but I don't wanna think these guys are that haphazard with the oil

Massage gun buddy, works wonders. It’s sore as fuck at first but bare with it and over time it will reduce it. I done it with my glutes

Ive worked on it quite a bit with a lacrosse ball as well as self acupuncture sort of with a 25 g needle which has reduced it some...but it’s still very obvious
