Either nick is getting taller or this guy hasn't made much progress. The blatant inconsistency in the two recent photos are almost laughable. But I'm just an asshole behind a keyboard.

Progress...what is progress? Probably "getting bigger" is the most common progress indicator, right? If you train, eat, do drugs - repeat the cycle - you are growing or I would say - do drugs, train hard and eat a lot in that particular order - you grow. At the end of the day drugs is the most important factor of growth - if you are not doing enough you cannot train hard-frequently enough because you wont recover or cant eat enough because you will be getting fatter not bigger..."you are as big as your dosage is" (IFBB Pro Mr. Phil Hernon) so if someone (Nick Trigili lets just say) started hit it hard from the begining how much you can expect to grow? How can you grow year after year if you already at your "peak dosages"? Not much I would say...

From his progress pics, he's getting taller. He def would not manipulate the pics to enhance the growth you see. HGH is da bomb, increases height as well also.

Hasn't made progress? I can see a pretty big change throughout those pictures. Also, he's like 6'1" man, doesn't grow as fast as the shorter guys.

From what I see, that front double and back double bicep poses are among the best out there right now. Especially the back, insane delts and overall conditioning and symmetry is great. This guy may go far, pretty well put together physique
