The sprouted brown rice cereal you suggested a while back has become my go-to. I could have sworn on his YT I heard AJ criticize "kid's cereals" in favor of Ezekiel and others.This shit is getting out of hand.. LOL people will do anything for clicks. Tin foil hats and staying up all night because you “found proof”. I love that I don’t have to do social media for this sport. Lol
Hate to break it to him, but AJ uses Frosted Flakes on high days. Been eating them for over a year now. Shit… guess maybe now Nick is with AJ.
He’s changing his stance on carb sources for GI health as he’s learning more and making new content. AJ prior to this has always just used kids low fat rice based cereal for PWO and re-feed days, and Frosted Flakes on super saturation days.
The one degree cereal was my thing and source as most kids cereals are fortified with enough iron to push you over your daily intake with one PWO shake- Rice Chex for example. And they often contain many preservatives and processed items or sugar which are inflammatory.
Knowing that I have always just stuck to the One Degree brown rice crisp as it’s organic, clean and just rice with a touch of cane sugar. Far safer bet for keeping GI inflammation down and taste better IMO.
I studied human nutrition and food sciences so am just OCD with my food and sources, way overkill for most. Lol

Oh I was totally joking. Knowing AJ as well as I do I doubt it would even be a consideration. And not because he's a pro, but as we both know AJ’s standards as a coach and person are next level. I don’t see Nick “thriving” in that.
