Nick wins but it’s interesting how they all the sudden look comparable when alone side by side whereas last week they looked like they were in different ballparks

Derek beat the current Mr O Champ Samson Dauda at the Arnold a couple months ago.

Nick won, but after looking at prejudging, he didn't win by much. Bonac looked outstanding IMO.

Krizo needs to work on his posing. When he does the most muscular crab shot, he's got crazy amounts of muscle, but the way he does it does not show the striations in his pecs. Bonac's crab shot is crazy. Also, when Krizo does his rear double bi, he keeps his legs very close together. Not sure if he's trying to hide a thigh gap, but he looks off balance, as if he might tip over side to side. Great biceps peaks though.

I think Nick will continue to improve. He shut up a lot of naysayers (including me) by coming back and looking good at the Pitt Pro and now at the NY Pro. His hamstrings are outstanding, good bicep peaks, and his waist is improved. Good back detail as well. It's nice to have 5-6 guys who all could win the O depending on conditioning.

Derek's conditioning is always good, but with all the quad and glute detail, his arms are comparatively smooth.
