'Loyalty' has no place in the business world - it's a concept companies fooled prior generations with.

You pay your bills with what hits your bank account, not loyalty or saying 'But I work for X'. If another company wants to pay you more to do the same or less work you're a fool not to take the offer. And before you go on about Walker burning bridges again, stars like him will always have 100 more companies in line waiting to sign them.

Playing devil’s advocate here- I reward character and loyalty in my company. Far beyond any paycheck.

I have very low turnover and take care of my guys who have been with me since day one which are a lot of guys.

Now, that said… most companies don’t run their business like I do. They should IMO. But to each their own.

You don’t need to, but it’s stupid to do without knowing all the context and therefore you should expect to be judged for it and face consequences based on the severity of the situation.

I myself prefer having data/facts. But i am a realist and don't expect that from others. If having the correct and complete nfo was what people actually did the internet would be a void and media would dry up to a trickle. Till then i will just read the occasional opinion and laugh.

I don’t expect it from others either. I still judge them though for their thought process lol that’s just how it goes.

Well that goes without saying. I judge every one from the moment i first meet them to long after i never see them again. I try to do it fairly . But with some people that can be harder to do!
