So when I have my nightly shake I tend to toss in a slow casein blend protein, some almond butter, and about a tsp of coconut oil. I was wondering what others do? Does anyone have a recipe they have found that works great for gains and tastes great?
 
2 heaping scoops Team Skip Blend(Isolate,egg,Micellar Casein)
2 TBSP Almond Butter or Macadamia Nut Oil

Sometimes water...other times Raw Milk

Try using egg whites. No carbs and more protein.

Not more anabolic. I think what he was saying was there's no carbs in them so u can have it at bedtime if your cutting.

You are correct Mopar, thank you. I was merely giving him another option and not trying to dispute knights suggestion. Each option has its own benefits. Being nearly triple the protein, fat and carb free, I would hardly consider it a downgrade.
