Nightmare cutting

Pretty much this.

Cut your carbs from breakfast. If your workouts are very intense, you can keep SOME carbs in there, but I would do around 10-15g intraworkout and add in EAAs.

Also as Pesty said, add in some cardio. Even just start with a brisk, 20min walk post workout and you should start seeing some changes.

Lots of carbs in the diet. First thing with carbs every meal and working behind a desk, id cut the breakfast carbs and you don’t need 40g vitargo if pre and post meals have carbs. Switch the 40g vitargo for 15-20g EAAs

TOO low, no. Not going by those numbers. I'm still of the opinion that they are likely still too high and that you're currently at around maintenance calories.

You may very well be right on the second part happening but without pictures, we can't say anything about that. But if you think you look bigger then maybe you have indeed gained some muscle and if visibly, fat has come off and continues to come off, then really there isn't much of an issue here.

Maybe you are just getting too caught up in having to lose scale weight which need not necessarily happen if you're also gaining muscle simultaneously.

Can you write me the diet that you would do on my case?

Would you use any burner (like eca, clen or t3/t4)?

thanks a lot

I would start with the changes recommended; ditch the carbs at breakfast, for the sake of simplicity ditch your intraworkout carbs, and add in cardio.

I wouldn't worry about ECA, clen or T3 at this point. Those are tools to be used at a certain point after adjustments to diet have been made and cardio implemented. Your diet still has room for cuts to be made and cardio hasn't even been added yet.

what Zack said^^^

M1: Protein/Healthy fat
M2: protein/veggies-MAYE a few carbs here
M3: slow carb/protein
Intra: EAAs
Post: fast carbs+ protein
Dinner: red meat or salmon or casein

Good easy starting point is BWx13 calories to begin cutting.

I wouldn't specifically cut carbs but I'm a high carb guy so.

Just make sure your overall calories at the end of the day are lower than they are now.

Rewriting your diet might be asking a little too much effort of us though :D

Agree with what Juggy has said and basically what everyone has said.

1. you are only lifting and are quite sedentary.
2. you are doing 0 cardio.
3. you are eating more carbs then you probably need to.
And you're surprised you arent losing weight?

Come back to us in 2 weeks.
Add in 3-4 days a week of 40 mins LISS in the morning.
Increase your NEAT. Walk around your office more. Take the stairs.
Lower your carbs and put them around your workouts.

if you think that with these diet (for my body) and lifting 4-5 days per week then I don't have deficit so I am not right :rolleyes::rolleyes:[/lang]

Yes, that's how the Laws of Thermodynamics work.

All suggestions itt have been reasonable:

Cut kcals.
Cut carbs (read: cut kcals).
Increase activity/cardio.
Increase NEAT.

Short of a medical condition (hypothyroidism, etc), if you're not losing, you're not in a deficit. If you're not gaining, you're not in a surplus. It really is that simple.

Dude when you get down to 50 grams of starchy carbs daily and 2 one hour cardio sessions an day, then you're dieting. Just do a real bodybuilders diet and cardio. Fat will fall off in buckets.

There's more than one way to skin a cat though, not everyone goes the low carb + hours of cardio route. Of course that will work but it's a sledgehammer approach. Besides, I think b4tm4n just wants to look better naked, not win a bb contest.
