At 252lbs. Will post more six weeks out ( LOL) don't want to show to many of myself fat.

Hey Flex, thanks. I actually never worked with Skip. I wanted to last year but didn't have the funds. I'm around 252lbs and will kick it up to first gear.

Time to hit that cardio really hard now.

few were really good,but if you going to come in like you always do,i dont think you have too much to worry about.
but every year supper heavys geting better,so i hope you will have somebody to go against
