Nipples Hurt NOLVADEX question

I take about 300mg of test a week I'm kinda doing a trt thing and I don't wanna come off so my question is.

Can I take NOLVADEX while I'm on test and if so how many mgs for how long should I take it for to kinda stop the gyno and sore nipples?

Arimidex (Anastrozole) works best for me. 300mg is above what most consider an HRT dose though. Have you had any bloodwork? That should let you know what's going on.

You can take nolvadex but either aromasin at 12.5 ed or arimidex at .25 eod would be better at lower circulating estrogen.

yeah while you are on test take an AI rather than nolva but from what I've learned if you are not on anything and have gyno or the symptoms then nolva to the rescue.

You run your AI during your cycle. You can search it and there are tons of articles already posted on dosing and schedule. I'd think Arimidex .25 twice a week to start would be a starting point.

i am also on trt
nips get sensitive
i take nolva at 20mg ED until it chills out
then i got to EOD
and then must 3 x per week
i try to phase it out but if i rebound i bring it back in

will also use 1mg adex as needed, 1x per week

@mack if you start taking adex 1mg a week split the does in half and do 2x a week . or cut it into 4 pieces and do EOD. If I'm not mistaken adex half life is 48 hours so once a week will not fix your estrogen problems
