Can you describe the workouts that the Pt had you do with it?Honestly, yes. I probably would spend $$$ on one session every couple weeks if i knew someone with the device closer to me.
I noticed it the mosttt in my back/lat as i have kinda lost the ability to contract it in certain movements — my shoulder has ruined it.
But after one session, it was lit uppp soreness-wise.
I know a couple guys who have made some serious progress on lagging body parts using a neubie
Mine wasn’t quite what I was expecting. I was more expecting a workout akin to what we do in the gym. But after the “mapping” process, he had me do continuous movement (bodyweight squats, lunges, single-leg deadlifts) for 10 minutes of continuous activity.
