This is what you want to look at: <--Lower CVD Risk Higher CVD Risk-->
You want to have numbers closer to -Lower CVD Risk
Then match up where your results fall on the percentile.
For instance, your Small LDL-P is 192. Which means you fall between the 25th and 50th percentile (closer to 25th). This means 50-75% of people will have a WORSE score than you and would be more at risk than you for cardiovascular disease.
Your HDL-P is low but everything else looks decent. HDL-P are the larger HDL particle that push all the bad shit out.
Just the usual suspects: good diet, some HIIT cardio, etc. I do see that my HDL jumps up with Cardarine. Def worth a try if you're not opposed to using it.
From my experience, it's much easier to lower LDL that it is to raise HDL.
