during a contest prep mastron is the only thing I use for anti E untill the last little part , mast does a good job for me and doesn't kill my libido like letro or Adex does
I'd suggest starting the mast at half of what your test dose is at first then ramp it up as needed

Its never worked for me. At a 1:1 ratio my estro was still very high. I believe the dosage was 300mg each test p and mast. I might've needed to up the mast dose, I'm not sure.

I usually can avoid gyno on doses of a gram a week even without mast but I do like mast for a whole bunch of reasons only one of which is estrogen control. I'll often throw in a little bit even on a cruise and then perhaps a tad more for blast time. It will vary on the individual of course as there is no absolute rule. But I would have no issue if someone told me they were going to run 100-150mg of mast a week 52 weeks a year. I've done extended runs at that dose and it does not make recovery any worse according to my blood tests. But again everyone has to find their own individual best protocol

currently runnning test P, tren A and masteron @ 100 mg eod for 5 weeks now and no issues here. also trying mp's caber, not sure if I need it or not but it seems to be as good as pharm grade cialis so far!

I don't believe in mast as an efficient anti e, it's effects on estrogen are minimal in comparison. I think what poeple are looking at is water retention as a sign of estrogen levels, so when taking mast (DHT derivative) they see water retention go down an believe they are good. When in reality they are still walking around with a high estrogen ratio. I would love to see someone post blood works countering my argument.

^^^ This ^^^^ is very smart. you don't have to have signs of gyno for estrogen to be a prob, and high estrogen can cause a lot of probs but most people just go by if they feel they have signs of gyno. not good.

upside, mast improves my sex drive, unlike A.Is which destroy it, and gives me really good erections and energy, so i always include it in my cycles now

it tends to also give my physique that finishing touch of hardness and separation that makes it look even more impressive, so id say def worth running

Works for me - eliminated all anti-estrogen supplements. I run it @ 50mg eod.

I had gyno issues before, but now, no sign of gyno, itching or anything. I like it...

In a few weeks I come off trt dosing and will run just 500test and 300deca.
Plan on just adding in 100 mast for 16 weeks, plus orals the 1st and 4th mnth.
Hopefully I'm good or I'll breakout the letro!

I was just hoping to maybe be able to get away with a low test dose (300-400) and have it controlled pretty well...some estrogen is good for growth though right? I'd keep aromasin on hand

I still have to run an AI when using masteron with test. Mast keeps me a little more dry, but it won't prevent gyno for me.

With a low test dose you could probably pull it off, but a lot of factors at play. Try without an AI and see where your estrogen levels play out, with bloodwork would be great. I would keep AI on hand just in case. It would be even better if you could post onto the forum so we could see the results .

And a little estrogen is needed but "little" means very little compared to the amount of aromatization that your body ends up with on a test cycle.
