well its not an either or issue...if theres an issue of progesterone activation then there's also an estrogen issue...hence the nolva.

I agree nolva alone is not sufficient.

here's my idea for PCT for this guy:

week 1-2: HCG 250IU EOD + vitamin E 500IU ED
week 1-6: aromasin (exemestane) 10mg ED
week 1-6: Nolvadex (tamoxifen) 20mg ED
week 1-6: Clomid (clomiphene) 25mg ED

If you have aromasin (blocking the production of estrogen) and clomid (blocks estrogen from the HPTA and stimulates the production of GNRH then initiates the production of LH, which in turn signals the testes, if not atrophied, to produce testosterone) you do not need nolvadex. Also, nolvadex inhibits IGF and LH so it can be counterproductive.

I'd run HCG for 2 weeks before starting the clomid. If the testes are still atrophied then adding clomid wont do much. Also, increase the aromasin to 25mg/day and continue it past the clomid for about 2 weeks to prevent any potential rebound from the clomid.

I'm talking about prolactin, not progesterone.

If there was actually tren in the PH he took he needs either prami or cabaser.

bigswole, I took nolva only for PCT once...then clomid only...and then last PCT took nolva/clomid.

The combination works best (for ME!). The nolva is excellent at blocking receptors in breast tissue and the clomid is excellent at restarting LH and natural test...
