No deadlifts?

IMO, holding 200pds of shredded muscle is all diet and would require very little training. Especially any compound movements...besides pushups!
 
As a taller lifter (6’2). I hurt myself doing high rep deads off the floor several years back.
So now. I will pull for as many heavy singles as I can. Typically for a total of five. Then switch to rack deads heavy for 2x6. The only dead lift variation i go over 6 is on the hammer strength shrug machine or trap bar.

For me.....I started the gym at a weight of 130 lbs. Even now if I were to stop training, but body would settle back in around 160lbs....although a lot more muscular than before.

What sucks was even in the past when I held 205-210 for about 3 years....when I had my injury I dropped back to about 165 in about 18 months. Even before 200...I held 190-195 for years before that.

But I'm a smaller structure guy. If I don't force feed myself...I lose weight!

With My structure I bottom out at 200lbs...Skin and Bone, Zero fat w-some muscle.
Weighed that from 30-40 bustin rocks all Day.
Nice weight for jumping around!!!!
Now I have a 60lb Backpack!
