HI all,
Thank you for the nice responses you have been giving me. I really appreciate it as someone who is AWARE of the distrust of doctors in the BB community (WITH GOOD REASON-MOST ARE IDIOTS!)

Anyway I have gotten a slew of questions and rather than answering over and over I've done one article and am working on another REALLY GOOD ONE so stay tuned for all about cholesterol with anabolics being ranked.

TODAY is ALL ABOUT NO supplementation-what it does for your health and your workouts-very good if I say so myself! (LOL)

What is the diff of the garlicillian vs this?

I personally use and have recommended a few methods to enhance N.O synthesis via food and supplemention.

My go-to N.O is 5 grams of L citrulline, 1/2 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (aids as a buffer against uric acid and lessens the onset of deoxygenation on worked muscles),1300mg NAC with 250mg of vitamin C.



I've contemplated throwing in arginine on few occasions.

Why NAC in pre workout regimen mate ? I use NAC from time to time but do not know it's role in pre-workout supplement. Interestingly I came across BSN NO Explode XE- Edge new pre workout. Was looking at its profile and BSN have put NAC in it.

Sodium bi carbonate does the same sort of job as beta alanine. Correct ? I need to try this. very interesting.

I have read normally not to have anti-oxidants around workout. What advantage does a small dose, 250 mg of vitamin C brings to the table pre workout regimen?

Please advice. Many thanks

He's using NAC to convert to glutathione, denvenitas. Hey Stewie I would love it if you had time to read my cholesterol and "alternate routine" article-Dr.K

Re cialis daily dosing is fine and actually has been shown to help prevent the BPH that guys with eE2's over 30-35 get. So I'm fine with it.
