No knee cartilage...

I have a buddy who is 25 and is pretty much bone on bone in his left knee. They are saying he can get some type of filler injection or get a knee replacement. Would GH, peptides, or anything else help with regrowing/repairing knee cartilage?

What exactly is that? Do you have any experience with it?

My wife ha a bad knee retire from the military because of it, I gave her 30 shoot of alflutops 1 at day for a whole month, by day 18 she was all fine, no more knee pain, at the end of the month she went to the doctor and doctor told her what ever you did it rebuild your knee and it looks like knew...

Nothing as of now is going to regrow cartilage ,I've needed a replacement for years and been fighting it. Now with the partial knee replacement a good option for me probably going to do it this winter,and trust me mine is shot,but i still squat,golf so forth, but I can actually feel the knee ratcheting around where it has wore hole in each bone to the point you can feel it popping in and out when are bracing it like when your doing standing bent over rows,or T-bar rows.

Once cartlidge is gone, it aint comin back. Glucosimine helped regrow some of my frayed cartlidge in my knee. I had a knee surgery video taped and surgeon commented. I have experience with synvisc injections. They did help me. It's a rubber coating that is injected into the knee, and that needle does go in far. I started taking large doses of fish oil and it seems to be doing the trick.
