No leg training

Torn the mcl, confirmed with mri scan. physio has said no leg training for now unfortunately.

I've been following dc 2 way split and been making good progress so far. I don't really want to stop training this way but the nature of the split means I'll only be in the gym once a week one week and twice a week the other.

How would you guys change the training around?

I'm thinking dc 3 way split and obvoiosuly leaving out the leg day so atleast I'm still in gym 3x week

Otherr option would be something like john meadows gamma bomb and again missing out the legs although I do prefer dc training if I'm being honest
 
Monday- chest 3-4 exercises (and one key exercise on triceps)

Tuesday- Biceps 2 exercises, Forearms 1 exercise, abs 1 exercise, rear delts 1 exercise, calves 1 exercise

Wednesday- Off

Thursday- shoulders 3 exercises triceps 3 exercises (and you work one exercise for chest if your chest is a weak bodypart)

Friday- Back width 2 exercises and Back thickness 2 exercises, calves 1 exercise, abs 1 exercise (and you work one exercise for biceps if thats a weak bodypart)

Weekend off

Thinking something like this

That is the exact split I do (found it on this board) and like it.
 
My chicken legs need to start legs lol I’m all middle and upper body shred and lean but legs are stand out no no lollllll
 
^He is sharing he wants to and needs to train legs badly but can’t for injury/medical reasons. Been there.
