Im sick and tired of seeing girls with good beach bodies winning these figure contests! It seems if they bring a little muscle and cut abs (Monica) to the show they are down graded by the judges. I thought thats why they started the Bikini Division...so girls like this Figure winner could could have a place to compete????!!

The trend for Figure is definitely leaning toward a softer, rounder, less muscular physique. So where does it leave girls like Monica, who worked so hard to build up her muscle and shape her body? She's too small for bodybuilding, and too muscular for Figure. Apparently, I've had a misunderstanding for all these years. I thought Figure was supposed to be muscular and lean, not just a slightly above average beach body.

I agree Mo! Other then that it is just a beauty contest and should be seperated from Body building. Monica blows that girl away, what a crime.

EXACTLY! bottom line...this girl looks just like what a bikini winner should look like, no abs, somewhat lean, sexy looking with a slightly athletic figure. Monica looks like a figure girl should. What the heck are they doing? Why not just have playboy models do the bikini contest then, that woould be the next level/rung down on the ladder compared to the girl who won over Monica.

I remember the cometary " which was horrible" saying the winner was natural. Maybe that had something to do with it. My winner was Heather Mae French very hot girl.

IMO, figure is a mess. Pretty soon they girls will look similar to the bikini category, then there will be more controversy. It's like with Meredith, who the fukk knows what they want. I thought Meredith was the clear cut winner in her last show, but she didn't make first call-outs.

They probably thought Monica was too muscled up, that's the only thing I can think of

IMO, any figure competitior really just should be doing their competitions to please themselves and not the judges. In other words, come in the shape that makes you happy, and if the judges like it, then great.....if they don't fukk 'em, at least you are happy with yourself and the package you brought to the stage

I thought Monica looked great, and she is probably twice that girls age who won, which is awesome. Monica was "the shit" back when I was starting out in the 90's

Whatever it is its a shame b/c in the old days she was naturally beautiful...now everytime I see a spread of her...she appears to have had too many procedures on her face
