To all the posters that think I should just be talking to phil about these things, I did. I sent him this message yesterday, and we talked about some things. I'm just being thorough. You have to appreciate that I'm not only meticulous about these things, but I like talking to experienced bbers about it on here, too. But the above posters do have a point... maybe the real direction I need will only get confused if I go to people other than phil for advice. I'm new enough in this game to realize that, too. supplements... I've stalled on all my lifts since getting off, and

you have any advice for increasing the poundage naturally when in
