We live along the mountain front during the winter, right up next to the Rockys. I had all my lifting stuff packed up and was dreading the journey outside to start and warm up my truck. I had the radio on tuned to our local station and blessedly they said the power was out and the conditions were emergency travel only. Whooohooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I already took the ephedrine, caffeine, asprin though so I'll be doing chest shoulders and triceps here at our apartment today. Luckily I've got the basics for a good workout even here, so I never have to miss training if I don't want to.
I am going to do flat dumbell presses [I only have up to 110 pounders here, but that's okay I'll still have a good one.] Then I'll do flys and superset those with pushups. I'll do some lateral raises and finish off with lying tricep extensions. I've got a treadmill and a bike here if I decide to do a little cardio later on....so I am good!
The rest of the day? Napping, sexual intercourse, napping, maybe some steak and eggs! Life is goooooood!
