So I go to my doc and tell him I've been monitoring my BP @ home and it's been Steady 155/80 and I ask if he can prescribe me a BP med. He tells me that's not that bad and I should try to bring it down with diet and exercise, which would be fine if I weren't on Tren/Mast/Test which is more than likely the culprit. I really don't want to purchase a BP med (Losartan) off the net. I read a lot on No2 dialating vessels and relaxing them thus lowering BP, which is similar to how Losartan works anyhow. Has anyone had success with this ? I am taking 6g Fish oil, 81mg Aspirin and 300mg/day Celery Seed Extract a day now.

That is not high enough to warrant buying bp medication online. Plus it's only that high due to your cycle. I know you have very high bodyfat so I would diet down abit and add in daily cardio and those alone should have it drop substantially over time.

I know it's from the compounds I'm using more than anything but I'm just kind of uncomfortable with those numbers. I walk 20min 3 days a week. I am working on eaning up my diet now. Also started the No2 tonight and I'll see if it helps with the BP @ all. I know it gave my arms one hell of a pump.

no offence bro but you guys are something else.if the dr is telling you that those number are not bad with out you telling him the truth about what u are on.im sure if u told him you are on tren/mast/test then he would asure u that even more so that it aint bad:rolleyes:

take 1000mg of garlic oil twice a day after two week go down to once a day cuz ur pressure will go down alot.u dont wanna mess with blood pressure meds

lose some damn fat and it'll go down. its not that bad anyway. and post that damn video.

Other direction

Everyone is saying 155 isn't so bad. Guess what, it isn't real good either. You have a few options. First is to lower or drop the anabolics. Second is to take the necessary steps to get fitter and lose weight. If neither of those work, I would highly recommend seeing another doctor. 155 systolic is hypertensive. Being hypertensive will cause your body damage. Plain and simple. Monitor closely.

sorry but u wronge bro it actually not that bad considering what his on.if his dia was a lot lower than 80 then it be bad cuz of such a big difference in between his sys and dia.or if his dia is higher than 100 it be bad too

You have a relatively high pulse pressure of 75,this in itself long-term will place you in a high cardiovascular risk. If that "75" is at a well rested state there's a great chance this will be in the 100's while your walking.

Take a moment and Google high pulse pressure and see what you come up with, I guarantee you won't like what you find.

Follow everything you've read here from previous thread's on ways too lower your blood pressure, there's several here, Kaladryn has posted several tips on the "How too", I have as well as a few others.
Supplement wise, Beetroot juice, Cialis (not in combination) take about 5-6 hours apart. This works well, maybe not as good as an ACE inhibitor or Beta Blocker. But it will reduce your BP and lower your pulse pressure.

155 is borderline hypertensive. No I am not saying 155 isn't bad at all. 155/80 is not what you wanna be walking round with at all. Walking around at that is so bad for your overall health in the long term. I am saying in the op's case there are certain reasons why his is that high. He is blasting away on tren etc and eating alsorts. He is trying to bulk when he is already fat which is stupid imo and only asking for trouble. So now he is jumping on bp medication which is also stupid. Too many want to jump on medication when they don't need it.

I guarantee if he dropped the cycle his bp would drop significantly. He wants to cycle so I guarantee if he just added a few supps such as beetroot root and added daily cardio it would drop fast. He does not need bp medication... you need that when it stays high whatever you do. Yes he has a relatively high pulse pressure but again this will change when both reading fall if he does simple things like clean up his diet and add cardio etc.

Cialis is great for blood pressure and imo safe to use and a good addition to a cycle when you have high blood pressure (due to aas). Just use common sense with it.

Benching 225 for 100 reps is not gonna help with your blood pressure ;)

Do you guys have links to these "how too's" or the beat root juice ? Also how much Cialis is helpful for lowering pressure ? Thanks

HAwthorne Berry, NO2, Fish Oil, Grape Seed Extract are all good starters, magnesium as well.
I used to walk around at 175 ish to 75 ish.

Cialis/viagra etc... we're originally created as bp meds. Hard-ons are a profitable side-effect.

Start at either 5mg ed or 10-12.5mg eod. Eod dosing is fine due to 30ish hour half life of cialis.

Anyone prefer one source on here over anothother for the Cialis ? PM me if you do. 175ish. Good Lord. Lol. I'd be @ the ER. Haha.

Try to incorporate HIIT 4-5 times per week for at least 30 minutes, reduce Sodium, don't eliminate Iodized Salt in your diet. Mix One cup of Beetroot juice with a sugar free juice, I prefer sugar free raw cranberry juice or raw cherry juice (it's a little pricy). It's a very healthy drink regardless of ones BP levels, plus the added benefit of the antimicrobial mechanisms of cranberry juice is worth drinking year round IMO.

I'd start out with 5mg of Cialis, with the juice combo, again try not to take around the same time as according to Wikipedia, 70 ml of beetroot juice, contains approximately 5mmol of nitrate, PDE5 inhibitors and Nitrates even organic can drop ones blood pressure significantly. Personally I would not start throwing several different herbs or supplements in the mix, what I'm saying is take only one or two types of supplements of your choice, whether it be Beetroot juice, Garlic pills(oil),Hawthorne, Cialis, cayenne pepper, Oregano ect.

Continue monitoring your BP.

NO2 is a gas produced by your body and your body regulates it very tightly. It only lasts for about 2-3 seconds anyways so the idea of being able to take it as a supplement is just something that the supp industry came up with as a gimmick. And even if you could take it as a supplement, your body would decide how much to use, thus rendering the product useless.

Thanks a million. This was very informative and helpful. I wonder if the beet root juice will interact with my Bi-polar and anxiety meds. I'll have to look into
that 1st since it acts as a nitrate. Does it work as well as Cialis ? I know Cialis won't act against my meds.

Not that I'm aware of, something certainly you'll want too research. If you find something please post your findings, may help others.

Can't remember, you have Sleep Apnea? I remember you having relatively high hemoglobin.

Of note, Beetroot juice taste like dirt, be prepared too say.... Yuck.... It's a healthy Yuck though :D

I find this interesting bc it took me about 30 seconds to google beet root juice and this is what I found. "This effect is attributed to the high nitrate content of the beetroot, a chemical that when ingested becomes nitric oxide which increases blood flow and keeps our blood pressure (BP) low"

Thanks again Stewie. I didn't find any conflicts btwn my meds and the "juice". I do have sleep apnea. I use a Cpap nightly. My hemoglobin stays under control by reg blood donation and keeping my Trt to 140mg/wk. Last blood donation for RedCross the hemoglobin check they did showed me @ 13.9 Pre-Donation, which is the lowest it's ever been.

Be concerned with Iron/Ferritin status if doing routine phlebotomies.
