Nolva, Birth Control, and cutting

Does anyone have experience running novla for cutting with oral contraceptives?

Good question...

I know Nolva has the potential to cause blood clots..and so does Birth Control, so the two combined "might" not be a good idea..but I can't say for sure.

Birth Control is a huge factor I have to deal with when training many female clients. I find it holds a ton of excess water weight and muscle on the majority of women who are looking to slim down...

Everyone of them I have trained looks phenomenally better when off. I look forward to my clients breaking up, because these are the types of girls that aren't just sleeping around, so when they are off, it makes me look like that much better of a trainer hahaha...:headbang:

Most competitors I know drop the birth control while cutting, as it tends to lead to unwanted water retention. Furthermore, the literature included with Nolvadex states that it may prevent hormonal birth control methods from working anyway. I suggest she stop the birth control pills and switch to another (non-hormonal) method, both to ensure that she doesn't get pregnant, and to prevent any extra side effects that may occur from mixing the two.

This is precisely why I got my nuts cut , just to take one for the team so all these female competitors dont need to worry about birth control while dieting down.:headbang:

Now their is just this pesky wife thing that I'm loyal too.

Its a great question though because a couple girls at my gym asked about it and I told them they should pick one or the other either come off the birth control and diet easier but have to use other forms of birth control or stay on the birth control and just accept its gonna be a harder row to ho

that's kind of what I figured...I guess we're just going to grind it out for now, not trying to get her competition lean, just happier with her body

she's already made tons of progress so far anyway, we've almost got her down 20 lbs! Very dedicated to her diet
