Nolvadex and LH/FSH levels, how long?

Zero detectable LH/FSH, so started nolvadex. Next test is 17 days after. Should I up the dose or extend the time to get the levels up for next doc apt.

What are you trying to do? You are supposed to have zero LH and FSH if you are cycling or on TRT. Increasing them with nolvadex is just a temporary fix, they will crash when you go off the nolva. What are your other values?

On HRT and got my LH and FSH levels done. My doc wants me to go off HRT to see if my levels return. He is worried about prolactinoma. A possible tumor on the pituitary. If my levels return, then I can re-start my HRT.
I know it wont return without help though
