I have been lifting for 6 years, but been putting serious effort in for the past 4 years. I have been thinking about ways to increase my natural testosterone. One way I researched is to actually lower my estrogen. Hence I was recommended to try nolvadex. Problem is, I have no Idea where to start on dosing or length of a cycle. I tried searching in the forum but came up empty handed. I am sorry If this question has been asked already, but if there is some article out there I missed or If you have experience, could you point me in the right direction please?
 
This is just my personal experience. My GF is a competitor and my ex-wife was a national level BB.
We used a little Nolva mostly for hardening during a pre-contest diet according to need. We never believed in using drugs to make a physique. That said my Ex would start of with just 25mg ED up to 50. My GF who is a figure model never used more than 25 mg which is the size of most pills. Again just minor effect not earth shattering, but it did help. Best was low dose anavar and GH.

Again, lift heavy build size, diet/cardio hard, get cut.
I can't emphasize enough how much women need to do hardcore lifting to build muscle not a "girl's" workout.

Graybass has great advice. I also only use it for a specific amout of time, last 6 weeks of a prep, 25mg. I find it to be a great finisher, to tighten and harden. Same results every prep.

No substitue for clean eating and hard training
