I have been lifting for 6 years, but been putting serious effort in for the past 4 years. I have been thinking about ways to increase my natural testosterone. One way I researched is to actually lower my estrogen. Hence I was recommended to try nolvadex. Problem is, I have no Idea where to start on dosing or length of a cycle. I tried searching in the forum but came up empty handed. I am sorry If this question has been asked already, but if there is some article out there I missed or If you have experience, could you point me in the right direction please?
