I’d like to nominate @TheOtherOne55 keeps a very detailed log with lots of useful info of a SHW bodybuilder north of 300lbs of which there aren’t many so the real world info of people in that bracket is super limited and gives an insight into what it actually takes to get to that level without top tier genetics

He offers me tonnes of free advice and does the same for a lot of others across the board

Agree dude, didn't know if we were allowed to nominate more than one but he was my secondary nominee. Nothing about him is secondary though. He is extremely generous with his time and knowledge and personal experience in helping others. Absolutely worthy of q nomination.

@SABAGOY - arguably the best physique on here currently and just won his pro card.

@scmtnboy - just came back as a pro at almost 50 and looks insane still.

I’m biased and friends with all these guys, but doesn’t mean they’re not all worthy along with all nominated above.
