I think muscle96ss is over 45...also buck1973 is up there somewhere too I believe. Both guys contribute a ton of knowledge to the board especially in the gh testing thread. Buck1973 must spend a small fortune with all the testing he does for serum levels and IGF tests...not to mention the time it takes to go get blood drawn and all that.

I put up Muscle96ss. I will cover ya Mr. King I checked With Mod Mr. rAJ and he said a Ava. would be acceptable.
I wont reveal his age but he does fit in this bracket and can provide a link to a scan to substantiate it also.
This is a Founding member, Always helpful and always contributing to advance knowledge.
Currently deeply involved in the HGH Lab testing.....

Gravel has been a loyal member of PM since April 2011.

Every post he makes is done tastefully and contains lots of wisdom and
experiences from his 25+ year career in this sport.

He offers knowledge that only someone with years spent in the trenches
could provide with a humble and honest attitude.

In 2014 he won the HW class at the prestigious Emerald Cup in the 50+ division, losing the overall by just a single point.

In 2015 he placed 4th in the North Americans 50+ HW class, which was his first National level contest.

Let's give him the recognition he deserves! Long overdue!

You just have to link it to your nomination. No picture they get tossed out.
