I would like to nominater muscle_1976 for a female and Swol & SZona for male.

Oops, (edit) Reasons: muscle_1976 I think can do very well on a national stage & takes criticism very well, Swol was just featured in MD (just posted),and SZona contributes quite a bit to the board and has an amazing physique.

I think jethro should be the featured member in Feb. Although he may not think so, he has an incredible physique, and he consistently has one of the best attitudes out of anybody I have known on the boards (eventhough I don't know him personally, just have read his posts). He always has positive things to say to others, and is willing to help at all times. Not to mention the humility he displays in every one of his posts. That's my vote.

So Jethro is already immortilized on the banner
