Thing is I know they were young enough 5 or 6 years ago.... Not sure about now. Ill have to do some checking and will be back to post a nominee

well. I will be the first to nominate futurefreak then. hes my age I think 23 or 24. he deserves it. got 3 second place finishes in heavy classes in national qualifiers and also had one class win also. all 3 of his 2 place finishes he lost to the eventual overall winner. give him a couple more years and he will be turning alot of heads across the country. and this is just from this yr. he has a couple overalls under his belt also from last couple yrs.

Quad-smack, I'm not sure how old he is, but this guy does nothing but help and makes quality good posts. A pretty good example in my books.

Gridlock would be good but has not been posting much, that other guy in the link is a monster but has very little posts. For this month aeliop or EVERLAST. Two good guys IMO.

Quad-smack, I'm not sure how old he is, but this guy does nothing but help and makes quality good posts. A pretty good example in my books.

I'm an old fukr - 43. Thanks for the props though. Remember me next time around for the "senior" FM. LOL

i got a mention!!!! I feel famous and honored just for the mention.

This is my first day back posting. works been really bad and we bought up another company in our group and i had to make loads of people redundant so had loads of crap with that. plus my teeth pain has got worse and now have a hole (exposing a nerve) in all 4 wisdom teeth. our health service cant book me in until march for an operation so have been in that much agony i havent been sleeping or able to eat correctly. so have been sulking, lol, and not wanting to come on the board to hear that everyone else is training ok.

but i guess i've still got my goals. going to hit 09 hard and get back up to shape quickly and go for the 290lbs goal that i've set myself.
