Had to learn somehow haha.. Being on this board has taught me so much and I'm definetly a smarter person because of it. I'm glad I joined when I did and I have no regrets on any desicions I've made over the years. I didn't have any body else to tell me how to do things and I could tell with the elite level bodybuldiers we have here there was "golden information" in this board. No regrets at all!! :headbang:
