Just to make sure the winner gets the kind of proper recognition a real smart ass would need, we should find a way to automatically identy him as such when he posts... something like a different color maybe ? Bright flashing pink instead of purple for example... And a nice comment to go along with it, just to make sure everyone knows who's now speaking... like "PM's official most obnoxious member"...

In fact, we should all agree before voting on what is actually the proper definition of the term... more like the voice of reason nobody wants to openly speak, or just an annoying troll... very different ! And clearly, all the guys cited already don't really all fit in the same category...
