Hey Guys, thanks for considering me! I feel bad i havn't contributed more but I am always available by PM or email. And i keep in touch with many.

I really appreciate you mentioning me Chris and everyone else.

Right now im really in the zone! im 12 weeks out and the grind is on.

My day starts at 4:00Am for cardio and then its dropping my daughter to pre school and going to work. Then its hitting the gym, tanning and back home to cook food for the next day. Its all crazy but i love it! As I mentioned earlier, my wife is also pregnant as planned.

Im really starting to pick up momentum as the weeks go by. I feel stronger than ever and I have actually gained about 9lbs since my prep started.. Just as i hoped. For as lean as I am, this is the heaviest i have weighed.

As expected at 12 weeks, things are just getting going. The progression is on! My prep is all about progression in everything i do. I will surely keep you guys updated..
