LEGS Seated leg curls - 3x10 Adductor machine - 4x20 Leg extensions - 4x15 Hack squat - 2x12, 1x25 Leg press - 3x15 Abductor machine - 3x12 Bread and butter leg day today. Lots of super sets, short rest periods, all the good stuff. Weight is still falling. I was 310 today. Its coming off fast...

There’s a lot of good competitors on here right now. I wish some of them would post more. If this was a featured “physique” competition it would be lights out here with some of these guys who don’t post very often. Lol

@bbxtreme for sure gets my vote. His posts were one of the main reasons I started frequenting the board again and getting back on stage after 10 years away.

Not only has he had some of the most insightful posts, the quality of conversation his threads/posts create has really elevated the caliber of info being discussed on here.

Possible return to stage at 55 for Masters Pro Card

I would see if you can find an oral source of stable BPC-157 Arginate and KPV. It would likely eliminate your GI issues. I know you’re in Japan so may be tougher than the U.S. KPV alone will do wonders. Regular BPC will be out of your system orally in max of 5 hours so don’t really get as much...
