Non AAS Testosterone boosting regimen!!!

I was thinking about putting together a good Testosterone boosting regimen using a SERM, AI and DHT inhibitor along with some other supplements maybe.
I was thinking this...

Tamoxifen - 20mg
Anastrozole - .5mg
Finasteride - 2.5mg

I was thinking this would be a good start for a effective Testosterone booster although one might substitute Exemestane for the Anastrozole due to Tamoxifen possibly reducing the effectiveness of Anastrozole but not Exemestane or so i've read!!! I might also consider using a substance found in the supplement Nolvadex XT that was found to increase Testosterone total by 200% and the free levels by 600% which was found in a real study that I read about in MD magazine.

Any other ideas maybe adding some supplements in there or changing the dose a little or are there other substances that may be effective for this purpose?
 
Oh ya and would this be a good stack to use for PCT or not??? I'm not sure but it looks good on paper as far as restoring HPTA function.
 
Single biggest mistake for recovery is not having your nuts functional, the rest of the equation is nothing compared to bringing the nuts online.

Blocking DHT can come with a host of problems in itself, including erection issues.
 
I dont understand completely. Is this for PCT or just to raise levels using drugs other than AAS?

Hey bro, I was kind of answering the quote above and not the original post.

First of all, I am not for lowering estrogen to get a bigger responce from testosterone unless estrogen is high.
If it is within base values and you are not fat with alot of aromitization going on, lowering estrogen will not increase gains at the gym.

If it was for something like a defiency in lets say zinc, then yes, zinc supports testosterone production and actually is a mild aromatase inhibitor, so adding that at night before bed may or may not increase morning wood.

But, to block DHT and estrogen in the hope's of driving up testosterone for gains, I seriously believe you are wasting your time.

Here is the deal, when we age, testosterone declines, generally men will have more belly fat, aromatase enzyme predominatly resides in belly fat, so the more aromatase enzyme, the more testosterone gets converted into estrogen.
The only way men have of making estrogen is through aromitization, so if the body is trying to lower estrogen it is lowering testosterone, which then will increase belly fat and also increase aromatase activity, so this is a vicious circle here.
Not to mention the more estrogen the more SHBG and the more SHBG the less free test we have.

To sort this problem is to lower your bodyfat and belly fat, doing so will lower estrogen.

Blocking DHT would be a not so good idea, the sides from that would be worse that what you are trying to accomplish.

Alcohol is another one that can drive up estrogen, not to mention things like sleep apnea can also lower T levels too, so does bad sleep.

So, if you are really concerned in elivating testosterone natrually, or boosting it, diet and lifestyle would be the most effective way and the safest way too.

Blocking estrogen can have a negative conciquence on your lipid profile, and potentally have more bone loss, not to mention when you come off you run a chance of estrogen rebounding.
