if it happens with oil and water could it just be user error? meaning he is pushing things in too fast?

it takes some time to learn how to do injections well.

pharma compounds wont have mct oil so would be easy to check.

if water based things also cause issues its probably not bb.

i have noticed shots hurt more and hang out longer if im using drugs that can cause vasoconstriction. any chance he is taking something that could contribute?

poor health or autoimmune disorder?

Thats exactly where my mind goes first...something potentially auto immune. Because everything else checks out fine. So am running deeper blood work to see if anything pops up. Because does not make any sense that ALL injections are causing this
