Seems like there are tons of pics in here of guys that are all competing. I'm about to run my first cycle starting the first week of June. All my gear should be here by next week. Current stats are:
6'2"
210lbs
15% BF
16 1/4" arms
14" forearms
35" waist
25" quads
16" calves
Best lifts as of right now are:
Bench-275
Squat-420
Deadlift-405
I've been as low as 12% in 2008 at a weight of 202. I feel like I was bigger then than I am now due to being a little more lean but I've got a good amount of mass added to that size that I was. Still have a long way to go though. Goal for the end of my first cycle is to get to 220 and lose possibly a few lbs of fat and get down to 12%. Not really worried about ever dropping under 12%. I don't need abs nor can I achieve them as you can see by the pics. Best I can get is a mutilated 4 pack. One of my main focuses will be bringing up my arms, adding more upper chest and bringing up my lagging legs. I'll be running a 12-14 week cycle of Test E @ 500mg/week using Axio labs Test E. I'll be updating this thread as the cycle starts and throughout. I'll be focusing on adding as much as I can to my lifts too because they are much lower than where I want them to be. Wish me luck!
