I have never run steroids before and I am 35. I used the animal code from Progen peptides and got 2 bottles of Ostarine, five 2mg CJC dac and a bottle of MK677.

When my stuff arrives I will do 2mg of CJC dac IM (shoulder) with a slin pin and take the mk677 at 25 mg... never going up or down on the milligrams.

I am taking ostarine only because I want to "strenghthen my bones and tendons for 8 weeks before I do a testosterone/Eq cycle. I've read a lot on Ostarine and I feel its main benefit is tendon strengthening and bone density help. I am going to dose the ostarine at 25mg for 8 weeks. I am going to do a clomid/DAA pct. There are many test results that show ostarine is suppressive to the htpa.


I am also squatting and deadlifting for the first time in my life. I just joined metroflex today and am taking the risk of knee/back issues that I hear about squats and deadlifts. I actually have never really used free weights. I used the machines at LA fitness.
 
I wouldn't pin 2mg of dac at once your first time. Progens is strong as shit and also I don't think 2 mg a week for 5 weeks is going to much for you. And as far as your first cycle goes you should run a test only cycle first when your ready and if your not even familiar with free weights then I doubt you're ready. Not trying to be a dick but you should really do some research and get your training and diet in order before starting aas. Also what are your current stats?
 
I will go lower than 2mg then. Thank you. I appreciate that you think I may not be ready, but it's ok. I want to be natural. I'm just going to cycle until I reach the point a natural could reach without wasting half my life doing it. I'm not doing this to get past my genetic limit. I'm doing it to get to my genetic limit, cut the fat, be shredded as shit...as a natural that has never done steroids. I will post pics week 4.
