Norditrack and NON Stop Delivery

Finally decided to get an eliptical for home for the days i couldnt make it out.....after looking for what fit us best (price and size of machine) we went with a Norditrack 7.5.......that was weeks ago.....no shipment arrived and customer service for Norditrack AND non stop delivery suck terribly........when contacted i only get the response of "item cannot be tracked until reaches final destination"..............what? Lol......if u r considering home equipment i advise u a different direction than norditrack

You would think for the price and their reputation that shipping would not be an issue with these. I'd be curious to hear how this ends up working out for you and how you like the new unit.

GF got an M5, when it was to show up was a mystery but we're happy with the unit once it landed.

I ordered the Commercial 1750. It arrived damaged so I had to call and get a refund; sat on hold for 45 minutes. They did the refund and said expect it to take 4-5 weeks to show! I was like wtf.

My fiance ordered a Proform, which is owned by the same company, and she got quick delivery and great customer service. So I ordered a Proform treadmill.
