Normal E2 and prolactin, still gyno!!

Well I'm about WK 5 of my cycle and i was sure that my E2 levels were up. Went to get blood work and to my surprise i'm upper normal. Have a lump in my right nip about the size of a small peanut. When i started the cycle it was almost unnoticeable. Slowly grew until last night when i got real sore and i said fuck it and took 40mg of nolva. Took 40mg tonight as well. Have Letro, and caber here but don't want to deal with letro sides if i don't have to.No need for the caber as my prolactin is good. I don't understand why i'm having gyno problems with a low E2 level. At least low for someone on cycle . IDK if now that i have a small lump i'm just ultra sensitive to EZ or what. Anyone have any advise or similar experience? I'm going to run nolva at 40mg with the aromasin for a few days and slowly taper down. I just don't understand with all these non aromatizing compounds why i'm having so much trouble.

same here. my estrogen and prolactin are normal, but my niples are 1/2 day puffed (no sorreness at all) 1/2 normal...was since I was a teen with no aas. still don't get it.

IMOP-Mast is too high compared to your test and you are running proviron along with it and thats just too much. This happened to me. Lower those two and add 20mg of nolva ed and it will be gone in a week.

But what does mast and proviron have to do with my gyno problem?I have been running nolva @ 40 mg for the last two days. I'm going to drop it to 20 after the weekend. Thnaks for the quick response guys!

What would give me low progesterone levels? If anything u would think they would be elevated?

Progesterone in turn is the precursor of the mineralocorticoid aldosterone, and after conversion to 17-hydroxyprogesterone (another natural progestogen) of cortisol and androstenedione. Androstenedione can be converted to testosterone, estrone and estradiol.

If there is impairment of these precursor hormones that metabolize to progesterone this can inhibit the formation of progesterone.

Or could be a liver issue, which coincides with said above.
