Normal test but low LH and FSH.

So I went to doc and got blood work done 3 weeks post cycle. My test levels in the dirt, 119. He sent me to a urologist who ordered blood work again and I managed to get it up to 459, but my LH was less than 0.1 and FSH was less than 0.2. Also my prolactin was 15. 4 days prior to the tests I started taking 10mg dbol in the morning and 50mg clomid. I didn't think the urologist was going to sample my blood again.
Do the results mean I should take some HCG to get my pituitary to kick in?
