Normal Total Test / High Free Test

Been on HRT for along time. 42 years old. Playing around with a little less test and more HCG a week. My Free test went up about 15 points by going from 250uis a week of HCG to 500ius. Strange part is my total test was not effected nor estrogen.

Currently 150mg Test E / Sub Q daily (21mg) and 250 HCG 2xs a week. 2ius of GH Daily.

Total Test 870 (348-1197 ng/dL)
Free Test 40 (6.8-21.5 pg/mL)

Estradoil 23 (3-70 pg/mL) (no AI)

I'm thinking SHBG is low and accounts for the high free test. I know there are muscle benefits, but what is the risk of too high of Free test? It isn't converting to estrogen as that number was basically unchanged. DHT is unknown.

FYI: As stated by others, daily shots of test seems to bring E2 totally in check

High free test is pretty common with trt

Sounds like a good sweet spot for ya. Free T is the goal after all.
No AI... I should consider that route.
How's your hematocrit?

I was surprised at how in control Estradiol is by switching to daily sub-q. I used to have to take 10mg of aromasin a day with weekly shots or I'd be really high. Not spiking Test, makes me feel a lot better.

Hematocrit was 47.
