Don't think Quincy promotes the state show. He does the muscle heat in August and the elite in November...Phil Heath guest poser at muscle heat and dexter Jackson at the elite

Quincy is one of the NC NPC Judges so he will be sitting front and center.

Yup, and Mike runs a way smoother show too!

You want a smooth show don't compete in NC go down to SC is way laid back much more relaxed a stress free operation. Mikes Brother Pat Valentino runs the back stage and everything around the States and Golds Classic and he is nice but makes things very stressful def not laid back. Hell he flips his lid if you don't even give your number back. SC gives you peace of mind so you are not stressed the day of your show and they even let you keep your badges lol
