Nose Bleed!!

Woke up this am and before I stood up out of bed my nose just started gushing blood. Bled for about 20 minutes. Then again just a couple of minutes ago.
I've never had my nose bleed like this. I've had it broken a couple of times and taken many shots to it, with no more than a couple of drops.

Blood pressure is a bit high 145/90 but it's been like that for a while now.

The only changes I've made are;

-added primo to test and npp
-inj Curcumin 50mg daily
-added 10grams fish oil

Don't know if I should be concerned about it?

fish oil is a blood thinner. when did you add it? plus elevated bp, and the curcumin decreasing clotting time.. You set up to bleed...I get dry nasal passages and nose bleeds frequently myself..

Yes the combo of high blood pressure, fish oil and curcumin should give you nose bleeds. The main vessel in the nose can be very weak and when exposed nosebleeds are very common. The dry weather (air conditioning etc in the winter) can add to things but for now I would lower your fish oil dosage as a start. Ideally you need your bp to go down so gear dose is a factor. High intensity cardio would be good too.

I get nosebleeds whenever I use orals...literally everytime. My inner nose gets very inflamed. Just something that was amazing for me that may help others is mupirocin 2% nasal cream. Last time I used dbol and started at 40mg and had 3 bad nosebleebs the first day. I started the cream and had one the next day then none and I went up to 60mg per day. I have tried others but that one was great for me... might be worth trying for anyone who gets bleeds.
