UnderstandableNo but i dont want to be dependent on nose sprays <.<
As opposed to being dependent on testosterone, a cpap/nasal strip, blood pressure medication, etc?No but i dont want to be dependent on nose sprays <.<
Thats what I use haha from walgreens or CVS. Ive never tried anything else as it does the job for me and my big nose lolWhat brand do you use? I only remember the old breathe right strips from back in the day
I swear by them for a good night sleep mate and wear them when wrestling or doing cardio, to aid my breathing as I broke my nose and can sometimes struggle. I'll even train wearing one if my sinuses are that fucked.I can't believe I'm writing this, I eat my own words. I've mocked people I've seen for wearing these on YouTube, as I thought it was just a gimmick and looks ridiculous. I still think it looks ridiculous, but I am shocked at how well these work!!!!!
Who else here wears them?
I've been struggling the last 10days/2 weeks or so sleeping at night, as if my nose is blocked and then I end up mouth breathing and end up waking up choking, with sore dry throat etc. So I seen them on the shelf and picked them up out of desperation. And I'm surprised thst they work so well. I'd consider wearing it all day long if I didn't look such a twat lol.
I am also awaiting a referral for sleep study regarding apnea as I think this may be something that is happening.

I get not wanting dependence but it’s Flonase not opiates or benzos. If it gave me relief without a cpap or helped my cpap work better this my sleep/rest better I think Flonase is literally the last thing I’d care about being dependent on
Being a corticosteroid, not a bad idea.No but i dont want to be dependent on nose sprays <.<
Dependency can very well lead to hypocortisolism– adrenal insufficiency. I say this from experience. Rare as it may be, it can happen. As opposed to being dependent on testosterone, a cpap/nasal strip, blood pressure medication, etc?

This is where the pringles lid will shine most as it’s much stronger and holds a much better bend to it.Also info for all:
Buy the 72 pack at costco for 12 bucks (I think)
Use an alcohol swab on nose before applying.
If one strip isn't strong enough then double up and overlap them slightly.
When you double up it's just as good as those ones that theyre charging something dum like 5 bucks for 1 wear.
Get a old pringles lid and cut the plastic about 2 inches long and quarter inch wide, apply to nose with tape and you just saved yourself the money and hassle of having to buy them.
I will try and do a example tonight with a photo.I'm sorry but I'm having trouble imagining this... Picture?
Ohhhhh lolIs it ghetto, yes. Does it work, yes! Put a good bend in the plastic lid you cut and wipe nose with alcohol wipe removing sweat/oil and should stay in place all night.
