My friend has been on around 500mg test a week for 5 weeks. Same test product I use. He says hes not gaining anything. First thing I thought was bunk test, but I'm on it as well. From the diet alone, how's he not gaining "anything"
Sounds sketchy to me...help me understand.

6 foot 210lbs
Per day he eats:
Almost 2.5 lbs (cooked weight) chicken breast a day. 2.5 grams carbs per pound, 2cups egg whites, and some whey/peanut butter (400 or so grams protein per day 3800-4440 cals per day)

2. I'm trying to help someone because I'm confused as to wtf is wrong with him. Like maybe something health wise.

I could be wrong but I think Slice is hinting that maybe your friend is telling you hes eating all that but in fact isn't. People tend to exaggerate things(Weight, strength, dick size etc).

So that only leaves Training or Diet.

Training may be OK, but I would ask him about it, if you don't Train together.
But if He's Not Tracking what he's eating, then he really has No Idea.
There's a few different Diet Tracking Apps out there. Have him start using one.
Then you'll be able to check it with Him and see if that's the Problem.
Cause 9 out of 10 times, if someone isn't making Gains, and their Gear and Training are Good, their Diet isn't Sufficient to Gain any Size................. JP

He uses that fitness pal thing. Weighs/measures portions. But again, what he says.
I wanna actually see this, not hear it.
Because lets say gear was bad, that amount of food will still produce.

guy I know is on almost 4g of gear a week + a kit of growth



face beat red constantly.




is about 5'11 220 at ~25% body fat




doesn't eat right, and casually meanders around the gym, picking up a weight occasionally

I mean even if the gear is bad which it doesn't sound like it is, he should still be gaining something if he's eating a lot of food. He's probably not eating enough like everyone else said. You aren't there with him to truly see what he's eating every day. Everyone claims to eat so much food and they rarely do, at least on a consistent basis. Some eat a lot of food one day and act like its an every day thing lol. Also maybe his genetics are just awful too? lol

I have to agree with LS I doubt he is eating all that he says

I use to think I ate so much until I started counting calories and realized I didn't reach near as much as I thought, once I did the math and actually ate more I started gaining

I am sure everyone has heard people talk about how even though their diet is on point they just can’t lose bodyfat. Same goes for gaining. It’s always they “have a poor metabolism” or “just aren’t going to take the amount of drugs needed” or some other lame ass excuse. Personal accountability is a rare thing these days.

I agree. Have him eat 5,000 calories minimum.

When I started eating 5,000-6,000 calories a day I realized how much food that really was, and that's when knew that I didn't eat as much as I thought I did in the past
