Not sleeping pre contest... What do you do?

We all pretty much go through it. That terrible insomnia. How do you deal with it? Would take advil PM be negative 6 days out? As it contains an antihistamine.
 
Take 5-HTP, GABA, and then add sublingual high quality melatonin 1hour before sleep.Add some seroquel if things really aren't working out for you.
 
Nevermind..read it too fast...thought it was a " no sleeping contest" was like damn i got dis bish
 
I don't say this bc I sell it, I say it bc it's the truth. If you had some kratom, it would make contest dieting a breeze. It not only takes the edge off you, it helps tremendously with sleep. People can never believe I am 2 weeks out from a contest, bc at 4% bodyfat, I beebop around the gym feeling great and sleep like a baby. Kratom makes dieting so easy, it's rediculous.
 
RX pills never have done any thing for me.
Sleeping has always been my prep kyroponite....until this prep!
Kratom is the king for sleep!
Somatomax the OTC supplement is also very good especially combined with kratom.
Potion 9x combined with the two above will put you out all night (half dose) as I found out last night!
 
^^^ what he said... Find the strain that makes you relaxed and actually it works better when dieting and have an empty stomach. I have never had is actually suppress my appetite - but it most definitely will keep hunger pangs down.
 
drop all stimulants

i sleep like a baby even on tren when i dont use stims

after a couple weeks of dieting i do add a bit of caffeine though (like 200mg)...
when i use that at about 5pm, then work out at 6 or 7 i can get to bed at 11 or so and it might even help sleeping because after my workout im usually tired, then i eat and im even more tired :D then i crash and sleep perfectly fine

Antihistamine stops the release of HGH from GHRP's and GHRH's to some extent. I avoid them for that reason.
I try to nap whenever possible, even on my lunch break. Cat naps help a lot.
Try to not obsess over your insomnia. If the best you can do at night is to rest with your eyes closed then do that and accept that's what you have for now.
I haven't found one over the counter sleep supplement that works for me. They all keep me up. I wish GHB was still legal. It was perfect for us. :(

How long before bed would you take your kratom? Do you find bali to be the best one for you to help you sleep?

I will give my 2 cents as been using it for 2 months now!
White vein best for sleep take it 30 minutes before your last meal about 90 minutes before really settling down.

Bali I find a little more energetic good for early evening use.

Maeng Da is best earlier in the day for energy.
