How often do you folks go out and really enjoy yourselves...... I am talking onion rings, nachos, beer, pizza, calamari and the like?????

Is it twice a month, once a month, once a week or never?????

I am wondering what is the absolute minimum that you can enjoy a little not so healthy fare but still trim down.

I do maybe like once a month. I don't drink or eat fried/fast food. I just don't like the way it makes me feel. Usually I get my cheat meals in at the sushi bar
 
It depends, when I'm dieting harder believe it or not, is when I cheat the most. Last year I did one day of balance diet, meaning about 40,40,20, two days of almost 0 carbs, 99% protein, one day of whatever the hell I want.

This worked very well for me. Right now I'm following pretty much a strict diet non-stop about 40,40,20 +/-.

But I have a cheat meal maybe once per two weeks.
 
i have a cheat meal once a week but apparently mine are pathetic LOL i dont go psychotic i just pick one thing im craving and eat it basically.. this week i had 3 pancakes lol im thinking a burrito or something for next week
 
I'm a sucker for a good pizza pie and a cold beer. BUT I haven't had that in almost 2 months.

I never go out for a burger & fries. I'd rather make own my burger at home (Healthy of course). And I'd skip the fries.

As 6packguy stated, I love Sushi and when I go out for it I eat just about everything. I have to wash it down with a cold Ashai or Sapporo!

I try to do 1x per week but unfortunatly when I cheat one day my cravings are so intesified I usually end up cheating the 2nd day as well, sometimes 3rd. I go balls out too. What sucks is after I cheat the 1st day I look much better the following day but if I cheat the 2nd day as well its major spillage.

I agree with this, not only that, you tend to rationalize with the attitude of, if it's done it's done, than you just keep on cheating.
