hi, thought id post a few pics up, its my first time posing so i know am not doing it proply, also id like to complete in a few years when i add another 20lb of muscle
am 5.11, 15 stone (210lb), finished my cut about 5 weeks ago and am now bulking,
also i have lost a ton of weight off my quads and chest, i have not trained quads for 7 months with a ligament problem (pissin me off), and only bin training chest for 1 month after a 4 months layoff with a tendon problem
any advise on what i need to improve for be great, cheers
